At the heart of the room, our handcrafted custom bar creates a beautiful gathering place for cocktails, conversation, and celebration. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create an atmosphere that feels warm, sophisticated, and uniquely Stonegate.
And while the room may feel timeless, you’ll have all the modern comforts you need to enjoy your celebration in every season—yes, we have both air conditioning and heat!
Your wedding should feel like your own, which is why our team works with you to create a floor plan designed around your vision, your guests, and the way you want to celebrate. We provide and set up tables and chairs for gatherings of up to 200 guests, allowing you to focus on what matters most: being present for every beautiful moment.

Our spacious 40′ x 60′ Wedding Estate Tent sits directly beside the Riverside Dining Room, giving you the freedom to enjoy both reception spaces throughout your celebration. The easy indoor-to-outdoor flow makes it effortless for guests to wander between the two spaces, mingle, relax, and take in the beauty of the estate.
From the Tent, you’ll have beautiful views of our gardens and the enchanting Bridge to Forever – a setting that feels especially magical as the evening unfolds. Inside, a stately chandelier becomes the centerpiece of the Tent, while warm amber string lights create a soft, romantic glow overhead. As the sun sets, the atmosphere transforms into something truly unforgettable.

Designed with your wedding morning in mind, this charming space offers the perfect place for you and your wedding party to relax, get ready, and savor the moments leading up to your walk down the aisle. Soft, romantic furnishings, vintage-inspired details, and stunning floor-to-ceiling mirrors create a beautiful and inviting space to begin your day.
The Cottage may be available beginning at 8:00 a.m., giving you plenty of time for hair, makeup, getting dressed, and all those unforgettable moments shared with the people closest to you.
Laugh together. Sip your favorite morning drink. Take photos. Help each other get ready. Take a quiet moment to breathe it all in.
